Optimum Maintenance will work with you to generate a plan that makes sense. We will discuss with you your needs and expectations and suggest a plan to satisfy your needs and budget. Generally, we offer three pricing structures:

Per Push Pricing: We generally recommend this plan to managers and owners of high traffic, retail locations such as banks , strip centers, day care facilities. Etc. “per push” pricing offers our highest level of service and will ensure that your premises remains “clear and safe”. Most importantly, you will remain “open for business!”

Per Event Pricing: We generally recommend this plan to managers and owners of lower traffic, non-retail sites such as self-storage facilities, some office building locations, and industrial parks. This plan works best where due to a winter storm, hours, and or traffic at he site are limited. We will clear the snow and ice from the premises for and agreed upon “price per storm” regardless of how much snow falls for up to a 24 hour period.

Per Season Pricing: Under certain circumstances, at certain locations, we will consider entering into agreement where we will provide snow removal services for a pre- arranged “price per season” regardless of the amount of snowfall for the length of the contract.* *special conditions apply for this type of agreement including length of contract. snowfall caps may also apply.

Lot Salting and Walkway services are separate and priced accordingly per site based on the amount of salt and calcium used and the amount of labor and resources required to efficiently service your site. (These rates will be specified and agreed upon prior to the season).
