With over 10 years in the industry, Pete has the “know how” to get the job done. Pete has successfully serviced several “Big Box” locations for years, and in addition to being our coordinator and supervisor of our “walkway crews”, is also one of our heavy equipment operators. Pete also is our director of “large site” development and allocation. Owners and property managers enjoy working with Pete and his “can do” attitude.


Joe has over a decade’s experience in the snow management industry and has successfully managed many large properties through some of the worst winters. Joe is our purchasing director and also coordinates our Salt Trucks and crews. In addition, Joe also operates our heavy equipment. With his wealth of experience and excellent track record in winter site management, Joe has earned an excellent reputation in the industry among property managers and owners.


Prior to joining “Optimums Team”, Pete was a supervisor for one of the largest snow management companies in the area for years. He successfully performed and supervised the snow and ice management of many high profile retail locations such as banks, hotels, day care facilities, office properties, and shopping centers. Pete's experience in successfully managing a variety of sites through a variety of winter storms will ensure that our "Retail Sites" division is in good hands. Pete is also our Director Of Marketing.
